Villa located in the Embassy Boulevard, an exclusive community, winner of Times Business Awards 2018 in the category “Ultra Luxury Villa Project of the Year”. An exquisite fusion of urban chic and Indian heritage, a seamless integration of international design concepts and regionality, technical innovations with use of natural materials create living spaces that redefine refinement. Studio Keyart was appointed by a private client to design the interior space with a new concept for interior architecture and interior design, of an under construction luxury residential villa. A fusion of the contemporary italian design meets the indian tradition, with the vision for the property to include sharp lines and bespoke finishes. The result is a layered, contemporary and sophisticated composition of finishes and textures, creating a tailored environment that acknowledges the heritage of the site, whilst embracing the future of Indian luxury living. The use of earthy tones, including blue, green and bronze, along with a bespoke furnitures throughout the residence, create a serene and calm environment. This colour palette combined with custom-built joinery, modern pendant lighting and abstract rugs, pays homage to an international sophisticated design. The choice of the materials is based on a modern and clean combination of finishes and materials, which create a delicate contrast but also harmony of the whole.
